I had our kitchen and bathroom floors done about eight months ago. They still look almost new, as he suggested we only use water to keep the floors clean. If a stain appeared we use oxiclean as he suggested. I would highly recommend this service and Marty.

Clean Slate Virginia did an awesome job on my over the top dirty kitchen tile floor. Very professional, very informative and efficient work. I would hire them again.

Marty Milner restored the shower in our master bathroom. A previous owner has applied a latex grout on top of the stone grout. , and it was starting to peel. Marty painstakingly stripped out the latex grout, cleaned and repaired the underlying stone grout, applied sealer and caulked the corners. He worked hard and completed the work in about 8 hours, divided between two days. This kind of work is not inexpensive (given the time involved), but we believe it to be a good investment.

Marty called me within an hour of requesting an estimate. He was knowledgeable, courteous, efficient, and honest. He assessed that the problem was not mold and explained how to resolve it. I respect that he did not attempt to sell me a service that I did not require. I will continue to use him should the need arise and I offer him my highest recommendation.

This company was the most expensive part of the reason was he charged a service call each time he came to the house to do the work, other than the cost I felt he did a good job.

We were away for a week after Marty refinished my marble shower and when we returned we found that the tiles had dulled-absorbed the sealer- so I contacted Marty and he came and re sealed and polished the tiles again. The shower looks like new! Thanks so much. would highly recommend Clean Slate.
