Signature Tile

There were no additional fees and no problems with scheduling. They arrived and on time for the work. They were diligent in working to get the job done. They were personable and did really well.

Ok I would have paid to have some grout replaced, but I wasn't asked about it.

The work was done in a timely manner and the company worker was professional, explained what was being done, and answered questions with explanation. 
What I am not happy with is the lack of communication coming from the 'office'. Dates had to be reworked because of scheduling issues. Including the day of work, they called when they were to arrive. 
The work done did not seem to be worth the cost. Furhtermore, I asked for a quote on more work. To this day, I am still waiting on it. (Not that I am really waiting). They failed to provide me the quote for after an email and phone call. 
I won't recommend this company.

They did a good job on most of the grout, but they told me some places were too dirty.

Jason is a magician. In an 70 year-old house where nothing is plumb, true, or level he made most of those issues completely invisible.
I had a hard time finding a tile person who was comfortable with the European linear shower drain and waterproofing system I wanted to use. Most tile guys turned the job down even after a brief description over the phone. I did eventually get other people to provide estimates. Jason's estimate was much lower. I wasn't interested in hiring the cheapest labor I could find because I firmly believe in "you get what you pay for", but I was comfortable with Jason as he seemed very confident in his ability to execute the job with the systems I wanted to use.
It turns out Jason's estimate was so low because we had a miscommunication about the scope of work. We were able to agree on a fair number after the intended scope was made clear. He still turned out to be the low number.
Overall, I was very happy with the work and I'm sure we'll get lots of compliments once we finish the bath and are able to show it off. We'll definitely have him over to redo the kitchen and the bathroom downstairs.

The grout on my floor would not clean no matter what I tried. These gentlemen assessed that they needed to use a different cleaner to get the job done so special ordered another product. I am thrilled with the result and the care they took.

I bought an Angie's list coupon.  It was for grout cleaning and sealing for tile floor.  They did a great job.

Grout cleaning had very little results. Once it dried, there was no much improvement as far as cleaning the grout. The grout sealer is all over the ceramic tile and now I have to clean the tiles to remove it. I was told by Signature Tile to go to Lowe's or Home Depot and buy tile cleaner and the grout sealer will then come off the tile. This was not what I wanted to hear. I will not be using the company again!

I give them A's all the way down. I would use their services again in the future.

The  bathroom project in progress is going very well.  The completed kitchen backsplash is a huge success! I would highly recommend Jason for any tile project, big or small.
