He did a great job. Very good pricing. Good people. Very clean and everything was taken care of. They left the house as good as when they found it. The people who did work in the house are friendly and accommodating and were easy to work with. Eric was very hands on with the whole thing.

Erik and his work crew were great to work with on this project. I felt comfortable with being able to leave them alone in the house to complete the work they personally performed.

I experienced serious water damage in my condominium from faulty pipes in an adjoining unit last year. The water had been leaking for some time and damaged walls and floors in the kitchen and guest bathroom next door. It is the type of incident that can quickly become a nightmare and required remediation and significant work. I selected Titan Contracting because Erik Quam was highly recommended. He followed-up with me quickly and provided a detailed, comprehensive estimate. The work was fairly extensive and included hanging and finishing drywall in the kitchen, hallway and guest bathroom, as well as removing and replacing underlayment and subfloor. His team did a very nice job with the flooring, including laying tile in the kitchen and both bathrooms. The quality and professionalism of the work were really excellent and I adapted the work requirements and had the Titan team complete the other work I had planned for the unit, including: fixing all the kitchen cabinets/hinges/ drawers, install new kitchen appliances (including a dishwasher) and rework the guest bath with a new vanity. Later his team came back and rebuilt the second floor deck on short notice was well. Mr. Quam and his team were flexible with scheduling and handling the communications and coordination very effectively. They did a first-class job completing the work at a very reasonable price. Mr. Quam ensured that everyone involved understood the process, the scope of work, and the parts and labor involved. Very transparent and skilled professional. I highly recommend Titan Contracting.

We accepted the contract for $2,700 to do the work listed above in December 2017. Erik was given $1,000 to get started. He replaced the rake boards and rot over Christmas break. We gave Erik another $1,000 payment. The rake boards were not caulked or painted nor was any of the additional painting completed. Erik explained and we agreed that the temperature needed to be warmer to paint and caulk. (January and February was quite cold) Erik did not take the initiative to phone us about finishing this project in March. April rolls around and we send emails to Erik about when he might finish this project. No response. April - more emails and no response. May and June - Emails and unreturned phone calls, again no response. So here we are in September with an unfinished job. When I met Erik he seemed like a person of integrity. Very disappointed. If you hire this contractor be careful how much money you give them before the work is completed and I hope they complete the work for you!

Titan did a great job and were very accommodating to changes and even gave some excellent ideas to make it better. They gave a competitive bid and their workers were very nice and professional. I’d definitely hire them again. Even though it took a little longer than the original timeline we are very pleased with the end result.

Erik was professional and knowledgeable of the work which included removing, cleaning, and resealing joints of a shower stall glass enclosure. The leak had also shown up on the ceiling of my kitchen which he re-dry walled and mudded. Afterwards, he cleaned the area and provided details on maintenance of the seals.

At the begging of the project, everything went great. Erik was very professional and on time. The problem lies within his help and lack of communication after the project got started. Decisions were made without consulting me first, which caused some confusion and changing of plans. The tile work ended up turning out well, except a poor job on the caulking around the shower. The biggest issue of all was the hardwood floors. They guy he had redo my floors did a horrible job and had to come back three times and taking over 2 weeks to do so and the end result was mediocre at best. I ended up having to pull up half the quarter round and redo it, because he did not remove the old nails before reinstalling the quarter round. Then half the quarter round was off a little which really showed at the outside corners. He also broke a tile at the threshold of the bathroom and hallway and covered it up by shifting the threshold back, which by doing so, made the threshold loose and I ended up having to replace it myself. My opinion is that if Erik just had my job to worry about then it would have gotten done a lot faster and been a better quality. It seems as if he had too many jobs going on at once and was spread too then, which resulted in less than acceptable work.

We had a great experience with Erik and Titan contracting having our bathroom remodeled. They were always on time, professional, and responsive. They started and completed the project on time and on budget. We are very happy with the work that was done and would definitely recommend Titan Contracting and use them again.

Erik did a fine job remodeling our heavily used first floor bathroom. He repaired water damage to the floor and put in some new drywall where needed. New bath and shower, toilet, and vanity were installed. Erik suggested tile for the floor and selected a very nice shade of paint for the walls. Erik was diligent and reliable. We had asked family and friends for a good person to do the work and no one could come up with a name. We decided to go with someone who had a lot of good reviews on Angie's List and chose Titan Contracting on that basis. We were very fortunate to get Erik and highly recommend him.

REALLY well! :) We trusted them enough to leave them to do the work while we were not home! This is how much we trust Erik and his staff. We have never before felt that way. Erik feels like part of the family in a lot of ways. He cares that his customers are happy and satisfied and if they aren't he will work hard to make sure they are. We will use him again on a home we are thinking of purchasing in Burg. There are a TON of contractors out there. Very few we have found that are this good, this well priced and this dependable. HIRE THEM!

We shall see! I really believe that they want to help at this point. Not sure why it took coming to this to get them but ok. As long as they repair the wall, we will be very happy. Will update!

After reading the reviews, I was confidant about choosing this company to potentially work in my home. However I called the company on 3 separate occasions, which started May 25th, left messages and sent them a message through the company website. I gave the company my work number and my cell number and have yet to hear back from this company. What poor service!

It was very good quality, particularly on the tile work. We did it over a couple of months for the two bathrooms. They were good. We were very pleased with the result.

Erik did a fantastic job with the tiling and even took out some decorative tiles I decided I didn’t like and replaced them with a different choice to make sure I would be happy with the final product. He didn’t rush through the work and payed attention to details like moving lighting fixtures so that they were centered on the vanities. He was a pleasure to work with, personable and professional, and answered questions and made suggestions as needed. I will definitely hire Erik for future remodeling jobs and have recommended him to friends.

Overall, working with Titan Contracting was a great experience. Although it did take Erik a bit of time to get back to us with our questions throughout the process, it was certainly not off-putting by any means. He was very professional throughout all of our interactions, from the initial quote to final payment. His subcontractor, Michael, did a really great job on the shower itself. He was incredibly accommodating with our specifications and offered great solutions to any problems we ran into along the way. He was occasionally late, but with commuting from out of the area down to Virginia Beach, it happens more often than any of us would like so it didn't bother us too badly. Initially, I did have a couple of very minor concerns with the shower after it was finished. Michael did end up installing the shower diverter backwards so hot was on the right and cold on the left, and our installed tiled bench wasn't sloped so water does gather there. But it wasn't until a few months in when the grout started caving in a bit around our decorative tile that we decided to contact Erik to see what could be done. This, in my opinion, is where Erik and Titan Contracting's customer service really shines. Erik came out to inspect the issue, determined the problem, and fixed it immediately on the spot with the leftover grout we'd had. I certainly was not expecting it to happen so quickly, and I was thrilled that he was able to take care of it for us, pretty much no questions asked. He also fixed the backwards diverter, although unfortunately fixing the bench would require redoing it completely, so we just have a squeegee to take care of the water excess now (not an issue). Erik and Titan Contracting's great work and outstanding customer service have pretty much solidified that if we need any more remodeling or work done in the future, he will be the first one that we call. We hired Erik Quam from Titan Contracting to rescue us from a disastrous remodel that was started by another company. Erik and crew had to redo all of the inferior work that the other company completed, before their work could begin. Erik and his crew were always prompt, polite, tidy and gave our project their complete attention. Erik listened to my ideas and offered several great ideas of his own. After 7 months of dealing with a terrible contractor, Erik and crew finished our bathroom in about one month. Our new bathroom is BEAUTIFUL and the workmanship is outstanding. We have several other projects to plan and we will definitely make Erik and Titan Contracting our FIRST and ONLY call. Thanks for everything Erik!

Erik runs his company with integrity. He and his team at Titan Contracting are exceptional! After several completely outrageous estimates for the kitchen alone, Erik's estimate was reasonably priced for ALL of our projects and not to mention a great time line for completion. Erik helped us nail down the design for the kitchen which revolved around a new double oven and an odd U-shaped kitchen. Several snags came up as they do when remodeling an older home. He was able to modify cabinets and installed one section of the granite back splash to allow for his creative adjustments. He offered cost effective solutions, provided direction for tasks we were doing, and even did some things at no charge! Unnecessary costly repairs were avoided thanks to his kindness and experience. He helped us with design decisions all the way down to grout and paint colors. In addition, he recommended companies to insulate our attic, install a new water heater, and replace all of our windows. Erik and his team were always professional and considerate. They always showed up on time and cleaned up at the end of every day. They were incredible with our elderly dog as well. The renovation results were beyond our expectations and we could not be happier.

Before the bathroom project began, the wallpaper was starting to peel off the walls, hardware was pitted, and, in general the bathroom was in serious need of modernization.
Eric inspected the bathroom and, a few days later, gave me an estimate I thought was reasonable. Before starting, Eric showed me some great options for the tiling work and the vanity, as well as options for some of the smaller items I wanted to replace. The first few days consisted of demolishing and cleaning followed by installing the various light fixtures, tiling the shower and floor, and painting the walls. Eric and Chris also installed a new vanity and mirror, a new medicine cabinet, a shower fan, and a re-circulation
pump to ensure water was hot when we opened the hot water faucet. Eric was also good enough to replace a few things free of charge ? like the old HVAC riser cover. Thank you Eric!

Eric responded promptly to our call for an estimate and was very professional and helpful.  We previously had received estimates for a full remodel job that we thought were unreasonable.  As a result, when we met with Eric we had narrowed the scope of work considerably.  Eric encouraged us to consider our original plans and provided prices that were very much in line with where the market ought to be rather than the inflated prices of many "reputable" local remodelers.  We were very pleased with the realistic pricing and convinced to go with Titan based on Angie's List reviews.  We were not disappointed.
Eric's crew consisted of himself and two excellent young craftsman, Ben and Casey.  They were very courteous, neat and professional throughout the job. They took care to paper the floors and protect anything along the "construction route" and worked at full professional pace whether or not Eric was on the site..  Overall, the project proceeded continuously until completed.  Eric is an excellent tiler and carpenter and did a beautiful job installing 12x24 marble tiles and a heated basketweave marble floor.  Eric is proficient at the use of the Kerdi shower system materials and successfully created a barrier free walk-in shower in place of our old cramped corner shower.  Eric installed a new corner cabinet and finish panel for our existing built-in vanities and did an amazing job repainting them.  The finish is "factory" flawless.
Eric proved very knowledgable about  construction and offered several innovative suggestions to accomplish our design intent.  The project was finished very close to schedule and budget.
Titan is a welcome contractor to the area and should be sought out for both pricing fairness and quality.
As with all construction projects, one should make sure to list every aspect of the job in the proposal to avoid feeling surprised by things you didn't think of beforehand.
I would recommend Titan without hesitation to friends and family.

Erik was prompt and professional.  He was flexible with coming out to do his part of the job in coordination with my cabinet installers.  Most of my communication with him was by e-mail, which I appreciated.  He and his crew were good about cleaning up.  I am very pleased with my experience with Titan and would certainly contact them again for any additional renovation I might plan.
