They had to remove toilet, disconnect bathroom sink, move washer and dryer, move refrigerator and stove. Every thing was reconnected perfectly and put back in its place. John did not re-install the handrails probably because after the new tile was installed, the position of the rails were moved slightly and new holes would have to be drilled in the brick. I assumed that this might have posed a liability issue with Perfection Tile & Design and did not make an issue of it because I was so pleased with his work."
