They had to remove toilet, disconnect bathroom sink, move washer and dryer, move refrigerator and stove. Every thing was reconnected perfectly and put back in its place. It would not have been such an accomplishment had it been an empty room, however kitchen cabinets and an island made the job that much harder. The result was a piece of art! When the grout dried unevenly in color, he stood by his work and fixed what was the result of a manufacturing issue, with no questions asked.
