"Vanguard Roofing was our 2nd choice, so there was no work done. The issue was on our end, not Vanguards, as to why we chose someone else. I would have no problem recommending them to others, which I already have done. They were very helpful in understanding and explaining how a high wind-resistance roof is installed. The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is because Vanguard did not install the roof."

"I left a message on New Year's Eve. Dallas showed up on New Year's Day and provided me with options and provided a quote, including informing me that as a veteran, I was eligible for a rebate for the roof that I choose. He was very polite and professionally answered all my questions. New roof was installed four days later, by a hardworking crew who showed up on time and cleaned up before they left. "I hired Skyfall Exteriors LLC. I worked with Richmond Sales Manager Chris Owens. They did a free full roof inspection during which he identified storm damage. He assisted me with filing a claim with my insurance company and he also met the insurance adjuster at my house during their inspection. With his help, my claim was approved (saving me $15,000). Skyfall installed a new Owens Corning duration lifetime warranty roofing system. All i had to pay was my deductible. I highly recommend using Skyfall Exteriors LLC for all your roofing and storm damage needs. Charles Owens is amazing and very professional. Thank you"
