"I am satisfied with the work performed. All of the crews were professional. On time and answered any questions that I asked them. The quality of the work performed was good. My main problem with Paramount Builders is that once they get in your home for an estimate, they don't want to leave until they have a contract with you. If you cancel, as I did, they respond by coming back to "give you a better deal". My advise would be. "Don't let them in your house". They have no plan for you to get other estimates, compare prices or anything else. I would never do business with Paramount Builders again. They push this "warranty" and justify there outrageous prices with their warranty. My ratings are based on my dealings with Paramount Builders and their reps. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!"

"Home Fix installed new windows several years ago. As part of that they put aluminum siding on the bump out under my bay window. The windows are great and I was very happy with them, but I discovered last year that the siding was leaking into my kitchen and much of the wood had rotted. Jonathan at Home Fix stepped in and helped me to resolve this problem. The company sent a team of two men to build an entire new bump out. They did a great job and there was no cost to me. I appreciate that they honored their warranty without any debate."

"Wells and Wells Construction is without a doubt the best contractor I've done business with over my 30 years as a homeowner. George and Patricia Wells work incredibly well together with George personally overseeing projects and Patricia providing essential support vital to the business. Some of my observations of Wells and Wells include: - Contacted me within 24 hours of referral through Angi.com - Made a special trip to come out on a Sunday to determine work to be done and materials required; provided a written estimate within 48 hours. - Promptly replied to my emails, answering my questions with enough detail to avoid the need for further inquiry; Truly excellent communication! - Scheduled work to begin five days after accepting proposal. - Workers arrived at 8:00a.m. wasting no time getting started and working diligently with nary a break throughout the day; superior work ethics with owner George setting the example working along side his crew. - Performed every task with great precision and attention to detail. - Resolved several unforeseen issues without resorting to shortcuts and half measures. Didn't give up regardless of the work required to solve the problem. Not only did they correct these issues, they actually improved the original design and construction of my deck. - Completed project within an hour of the 1.5 day estimate, literally half the time I anticipated it'd take. In summary, Wells and Wells performed far and above my expectations. George and Patricia Wells take pride in their work and genuinely place customer satisfaction at the top of their list of customer service goals."

"Centeno Roofing LLC (Santos) did a wonderful job. I thought the gutter need resealing and was the reason why during a hard rain, or storm, the water flowed over the gutter and into my basement. Santos recognized the problem and removed the bird nest and problem solved. What an excellent job! Thank you Santos!"

"Troy worked with us and our two neighbors to provide a good price for installation of a patio and sealing of two patios. We did not have to wait weeks or months for them to begin work and we have exactly what we asked for. We requested a stamped concrete patio that looked like brick, and it looks better than expected. Troy is very responsive to any requests or issues. We are very pleased with patio and the value for money."

"I contracted AAPCO for several related projects - replacement roof, gutters with Leaf-x, siding, shutters and windows. So far the roof has been done. Good job. The roof took a day and a half. The roofing crew did a nice job of cleaning up the yard of all debris and used a rolling magnet to pick up stray nails. Only found one nail in the driveway, luckily not with car tire. Mike, the Field Manager, spent hours going over the project details and demonstrated different products but no pressure tactics and gave me some good ideas on a future project I am planning. He was in the area and dropped by after the roof job was done and noticed something that hadn't been done. Two days later, the crew was back to fix the minor problem. Pretty satisfied so far. Can't wait until the windows and siding is started. Based on the work so far, I would definitely recommend AAPCO for their quality work."

Siding repair costs $870 for an average homeowner. This cost could be as little as $75 or as much as $16,000, depending on your existing siding material, repair type, and damage level. For example, for basic siding repair, you can expect to pay between $2 and $16 per square foot for materials and labor. However, if you have extensive damage or for more expensive materials like stucco, that price jumps to $4 to $50 per square foot.
The cost to replace siding for your home is $11,450 on average. But siding replacement can cost up to $40,000 or more, with the largest expense being your chosen material. For example, for a 2,000 square feet house, the average cost of siding materials such as vinyl is between $9,000 and $14,000. Wood siding is a little more expensive, ranging from $16,000 to $26,000. However, for the same size house using brick or stone, that cost jumps to $18,000 to $100,000. When choosing to replace your home’s siding, it’s essential to consider your climate and longevity.
The length of time your siding will last will depend on the siding material and your climate. It’s important to remember that proper routine maintenance, like twice-a-year cleaning, is vital to help extend the longevity of your siding and to avoid replacement before its expected lifetime ends.
Vinyl, aluminum, and wood siding lasts 20 to 40 years
Fiber cement siding lasts around 50 years
Brick and stone veneer siding lasts at least 100 years
There are several different types of siding available to give you the home exterior of your dreams. Each type of siding has its own cost factors, estimated lifespan, and benefits to fit your needs. Some common siding options include:
Vinyl
Wood
Aluminum
Fiber cement
Brick
Stone and stone veneer
Stucco
If you want to stay environmentally friendly, wood siding is natural, recyclable, and renewable. However, if you’re looking for a durable siding option that is more resistant to dents and scratches, brick or stone siding is your best choice.
There are certain circumstances where your homeowners insurance might cover the expense of siding repair. If you have siding damage due to extreme weather, a natural disaster, a fire, or a hail storm, your policy might fully or partially pay for the repair or replacement cost. However, most policies will not help pay for repairs due to general wear and tear. It’s best to review your homeowners insurance policy for full details on what may be covered.
