The carpenter was skilled, neat, and communicated well, cared about our satisfaction. The scheduler is friendly and very good at reminders when they are coming. They replaced several sections of paneling in the basement and reattached the old trim which was tricky, matched and provided the panels, They even returned to fix something my husband had installed wrong. Highest recommendation of any outfit I've worked with."

"Mr. Mendez and his crew did an excellent job with our skylights installation and painting our shutters and also painting our kitchen and family room. He is very responsive and completed the work very efficiently. Will definitely be calling him again for more painting projects. Highly recommend him. UPDATED AS OF 02/27/2022: Mr. Mendez also replaced our stair railing. He built everything from scratch. He also replaced some light fixtures. He does so much more besides painting. We plan on calling him when we renovate our lower family room."

"We are very pleased with the work that Atlantic did for us.  We originally worked with Zeth on the design and cost estimates.  Our project manager was Arran and we worked with him through out the project.  The crew who built the deck were excellent and their work professional and on time. The stone patio crew was also very good and the owner Mike was very responsive to the change orders we requested during the construction.  There were a few issues which were handled quickly and efficiently.
Despite some challenging weather the project was completed within the time frame promised.  We were very pleased with the service we received from Zeth ,Arran and their crews.  
I would recommend them to anyone looking to complete a similar project.

The placement of the concrete stairs was the only thing that I was unhappy about. He tried to address the problem, but it was too difficult to resolve. Rick is very nice to work with. " Fabulous job done by the company!  Right from the start Luis Figueroa was on time for the appointment, listened to what we had to say, made valuable suggestions and assured us we'd have a beautiful screened in porch!  We interviewed 2 other companies and chose Deck Builders because of the professionalism displayed by Luis and the price point was the best!
The crew was very professional.   Showed up rain or shine!  They worked from morning until dusk and completed the project in about 3 weeks.  If we had a question Franc would answer it or find the answer for us.  All products used are top quality and we expect our screened in porch to last forever!
