"We are very pleased with the work that Atlantic did for us.  We originally worked with Zeth on the design and cost estimates.  Our project manager was Arran and we worked with him through out the project.  The crew who built the deck were excellent and their work professional and on time. The stone patio crew was also very good and the owner Mike was very responsive to the change orders we requested during the construction.  There were a few issues which were handled quickly and efficiently.
Despite some challenging weather the project was completed within the time frame promised.  We were very pleased with the service we received from Zeth ,Arran and their crews.

"We had had an excellent experience with the predecessor to TrueDecks almost a decade ago so asked for our Ipe wood balcony to be cleaned and re-stained after being away from our house for several years. The customer service is responsive and efficient, although they clearly get busy in the spring/summer season, and also have to account for weather. Likely because the decking was so overdue for refinishing, the first coat really didn't suffice. The crew came back for a second round and the finished product looks excellent, just as dark as I recall from years ago. They were polite, careful, and timely...and also worked independently (only using a ladder to access the second-story balcony/deck!). We were pleased by TrueDeck's responsiveness to our concerns about the first coat and very happy with how it was resolved. (Sort of before and after photos below.). We will definitely use them again to keep our deck in good shape going forward."
