"Mr. Mendez and his crew did an excellent job with our skylights installation and painting our shutters and also painting our kitchen and family room. He is very responsive and completed the work very efficiently. Will definitely be calling him again for more painting projects. Highly recommend him. UPDATED AS OF 02/27/2022: Mr. Mendez also replaced our stair railing. He built everything from scratch. He also replaced some light fixtures. He does so much more besides painting. We plan on calling him when we renovate our lower family room."

"We are very pleased with the work that Atlantic did for us.  We originally worked with Zeth on the design and cost estimates.  Our project manager was Arran and we worked with him through out the project.  The crew who built the deck were excellent and their work professional and on time. The stone patio crew was also very good and the owner Mike was very responsive to the change orders we requested during the construction.  There were a few issues which were handled quickly and efficiently.
Despite some challenging weather the project was completed within the time frame promised.  We were very pleased with the service we received from Zeth ,Arran and their crews.  
I would recommend them to anyone looking to complete a similar project.

The crew, led by Isaac, worked tirelessly and built a beautiful deck with two stair landings, stair handrails and a final landing area. The deck is strongly reinforced with joists 12” apart. "He oversaw the project and addressed any concerns that I had. I was very happy with the posts and beams and I was 95% happy with the patio. The placement of the concrete stairs was the only thing that I was unhappy about. He tried to address the problem, but it was too difficult to resolve. Rick is very nice to work with. "So please that I went with JW. The side entry porch had rotted wood throughout and the steps were sagging. Also, exterior house paint had been removed years ago but prior owners did not address one side of house, probably cause it was hidden behind crepe myrtles. Crepe myrtles are now gone and that wall is very visible on the street. Also there were some little jobs needed around the house such as replacing rotted boards above the garage. Got a quote from JW in late April and scheduled the work for the week of July 21 for 6-7 days of work. Two workers showed up promptly on the 21st and did a great job. Very pleased with the JW crew as they kept me posted on the progress throughout the job which was completed in six days. Wish I could post before and after pictures as it looks fantastic"
