Here’s my honest take: Cost: Rick’s estimate was very reasonable (not cheap because you get what you pay for but lower than most). Rick provided us with options along the way but never pushed and there were times when he told us where we could save money. Schedule: Once the guys got rolling, things were done in a matter of weeks. Rick gave us an estimated completion date and his team nailed it! Quality: The amount of skill and effort that went into making sure that EVERYTHING was done perfectly is unmatched.
