"After moving into our new home the only thing lacking was a back patio that was adequate to sit and bar-b-que on. The original patio had a sun room addition built over the patio which only left a patio of 3' by 11'. Out of all the estimates we received, American Custom Hardscapes was the most reasonable. And what really stood out was the estimators ideas on how the patio could be constructed to blend in with the existing patio. Once the construction commenced everything fell into place perfectly. As the lead workers stated for all of them, "I want you to be very proud of this patio and I'm making it as though it was my own." "Chuck came out and took measurements of the deck, made a sketch, discussed it, and told me he'd email me an estimate in two days. During the same visit, he took measurements for the 65' vinyl picket fence replacement, discussed it, and said he would check with the manufacturer and let me know something in a couple of days. It didn't happen. A week later, I called his cell phone twice and left messages. After not hearing anything for two weeks, I called the office and spoke with someone who verified it was Chuck that came out and said she'd reach out to him and have him contact me. Never heard from him. Not worth it; a paying customer shouldn't have to beg!!"

We do this efficiently by using project, customer service and communication tools and technologies along with a great staff that all share the same vision of excellence. "HD Exteriors replaced our 20 year-old wood deck with a beautiful new Trex deck in April. We had gotten 4 presentations from companies based on contacts we got from the Capital Home Show, and HD Exteriors was head and shoulders above all the others in design, detail, cost, and communication. Graham Jr., was our point of contact in setting our contract, and he was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and clear. He listened to what we wanted to do, offered suggestions and didn’t try to upsell us. We were given a start timeframe, but our actual start date was earlier, which we appreciated. Throughout the entire process of signing the contract, having questions answered, being assigned a project manager, (Jai, who was always accessible and awesome) and the actual work being done, the communication was excellent. We were notified when workers would be onsite, when inspections were scheduled, when walk-thrus were done, and had access via text to our PM. All of it was extremely well done. The deck was finished with excellent workmanship, even when they installed a style of steps they’d never done before. We can’t say enough positive things about the entire company and how they operated. They were a pleasure to work with. We’re just sorry we don’t have anything else for them to build!"
