"I talked to Chris, the owner, and set up an appointment for the following week to get an estimate.  He showed up right on time.  We talked through what I wanted (I provided a sample drawing), looked at/measured the back of my house, and visited a neighbor's deck that had features I liked.  The following week, Chris provided a complete estimate.  Of the four estimates I received, his was the lowest.  I also visited a project his company recently completed that was similar to what I was looking for.  Those customers were very complimentary and had only positive things to say about the crew that did the work.  It was a close call, but in the end I went with another company that cost a little more, but offered some additional services that I needed.  Based on our interactions and my visit to the recent job site, I would recommend Atlantic to others, and have in fact given their number to a couple of friends who are interested in having some deck work done.

"Rick’s team tore down our small (~20yr old) deck and patio and replaced them with something bigger and more durable. Here’s my honest take: Cost: Rick’s estimate was very reasonable (not cheap because you get what you pay for but lower than most). Rick provided us with options along the way but never pushed and there were times when he told us where we could save money. Schedule: Once the guys got rolling, things were done in a matter of weeks. Rick gave us an estimated completion date and his team nailed it! Quality: The amount of skill and effort that went into making sure that EVERYTHING was done perfectly is unmatched. " Fabulous job done by the company!  Right from the start Luis Figueroa was on time for the appointment, listened to what we had to say, made valuable suggestions and assured us we'd have a beautiful screened in porch!  We interviewed 2 other companies and chose Deck Builders because of the professionalism displayed by Luis and the price point was the best!
The crew was very professional.   Showed up rain or shine!  They worked from morning until dusk and completed the project in about 3 weeks.  If we had a question Franc would answer it or find the answer for us.  All products used are top quality and we expect our screened in porch to last forever!
