Peter came up with this brilliant idea to just build another deck on top with an insulated roof. He was persistent with dealing with the county office for about a week until he got approval. I must also point out that he was there every day either working or ensuring that everything was being done correctly. I highly recommend Leo's home improvement and I am passing out his information to all my friends. I have received compliments from all my neighbors on how much they love it."

When we chose to hire him to build the pantry, his secretary called to confirm the dates and times that the workers would be here. They arrived on time and worked a full day. Randy was very collaborative and responsive as we refined our requirements and specifications. Once we committed, Deck Builders helped us with the County permits and our HOA submission. The two person crew, Baldemar and Miguel, were phenomenal. They worked incredibly hard in very hot conditions and always answered our questions and inquiries as they were doing their work. They were always very positive and seemed to care a lot about the quality of their work (which was excellent) Ricardo came by several times and ensured everything was done to specification and even made some recommendations on lighting, which the crew installed.
