Rodman Bonilla

This is the second time we've used Rodman and had another great experience. Rodman and his crew repaired some exterior lights by the garage that had not been properly installed by the builder. He replaced cracked top caps along a stone wall and repointed the front flagstone steps and walk. The cupola on the gazebo in our back yard had deteriorated over the years. We tried to purchase a replacement but no vendor would sell us just that piece. So Rodman and his team took down the old one and built and reinstalled a new one. It looks great again! He also repainted our back porch. We have never had such a positive experience with a contractor! I've seen the kitchen and bath remodeling work he did for my friend and will definitely use him when we decide to do upgrades in our home.

Rodman was referred to us by a friend who had used his services to update her kitchen and baths--cabinet installation, tiling, flooring, and painting. We found a Carrera marble mosaic tile for our powder room we really liked, but the retailer did not provide installation. So we called Rodman. He and his crew removed the existing ceramic tile, removed the toilet and pedestal sink, repaired areas of the subfloor, installed the new tile and new quarter round, and reinstalled the toilet and pedestal sink, and touched up paint. They were in and out in no time and the room looks great. Rodman's team also repainted my kitchen ceiling. They meticulously covered everything and did a professional job. Rodman and his team are first class!

The bathroom remodeling cost $8000 and the carpentry work was around $11,000.

He doesn't do the greatest quality, but for the price you definitely get your money's worth. He did what we expected. I will use him again in the future if needed.
