"Brian from Torres flooring reached out to me immediately after I submitted my request, and quickly gave me a quote and did the repair that day! We had a small section of our vinyl floor cut out by our previous owners to install a wooden railing. We removed the railing and needed the flooring patched with some of the flooring we had stored away. I contacted so many floor companies who said the job was 'too risky' and declined the job, or told us we needed to replace the entire floor (for like $5k). My fussy sofa looks good altho one part of the fabric bleached out a little. Also I did not know (never done this before) how wet the interior steam clean would be. It would have a good thing to put down a tarp of some kind -- plastic maybe. I mopped my wood floors and dried my persian rug afterwards. Overall --I am very very pleased."
