Masood the owner returned my request or information very quickly, and scheduled a time with me to measure the floor. I already knew the LVP the I wanted, and he brought the sample to help me choose a coordinating carpet. He provided a fair price for the flooring and labor. Two different teams did the work - one team did the LVP flooring and one team did the carpeting. My basement looks brighter, and bigger, and I am very pleased with the entire process from order to completion. D&S Flooring definitely deserve a 5 star review for all they did on my basement. "A year ago, we had William refinish our floors; he did a great job-- also on painting! Sadly, during the year a dog became in ill an unbeknownst to us had accidents on a rug covering the newly done floors- the moisture seeped into the wood; it needed to be repaired. William did the repair for a reasonable price. Unfortunately, initially the repair didn't look good- I contacted William. He came back and agreed that it didn't come out as he'd hoped (he'd had to replace boards, re-stain and varnish the area). He came back again, re-did the work for no additional fee and it looks GORGEOUS. He showed great integrity and commitment to quality- his disappointment in the original repair was evident on his face. He is not always super quick to get back to you- but I found him to be responsive to polite persistence. He is now my "floor guy"-- we're moving and he'll be the person I call for any flooring related needs."

"The bottom line is the floor looks wonderful. But, there's much more to recommend Dan and his team. They were professional and helpful throughout the process. Dan and his brothers installed a white oak floor in our bedroom. They were especially helpful in navigating us through the decisions that resulted in just the right floor. "I always read reviews, but I am sorry to say I seldom write one. But, not to do so in the case of Magni Flooring would be a disservice to the company and to the community. I needed a quick, partial replacement of wood flooring. I called and left a message with Magni. Co-owner Marcin Toroj called me back that day and came to my house the next to discuss the project. He thoroughly explained the process and wrote a fair estimate. I immediately accepted and he scheduled the work for the next day. His installer was delayed on another job, so Marcin delivered the new wood himself. Melvin soon arrived and did an excellent job. The other co-owner inspected the work as it progressed and Marcin did so at the end. The job was completed as promised and on time. I was greatly impressed and will certainly use Magni Flooring again should I need their services. You should too!"
