"Can only say it simply - these are the guys you want working on your house. Rudy, Jimmy and his team transformed the bottom floor of our house and made it new. The town home had an old ceramic tile in the kitchen that was replaced by Kustom Floors with beautiful hardwood. Rudy matched the wood perfectly with the rest of the house and then laid it in the original floor. You can't even tell where the new floor begins, it is integrated that perfectly. His team then leveled the new floor perfectly. Kustom floors also re-finished the stairs and added new hand rails to the side and a new banister. It looks beautiful and I love it every day. Jimmy (Rudy's brother) and Rudy went the extra mile to help us, adding concrete to gaps in our old house to help with insulation. They treated this house like it was their own and treated us like family. I can't thank Kustom Floors, Rudy and Jimmy enough for the amazing work they did. Masood the owner returned my request or information very quickly, and scheduled a time with me to measure the floor. I already knew the LVP the I wanted, and he brought the sample to help me choose a coordinating carpet. He provided a fair price for the flooring and labor. Two different teams did the work - one team did the LVP flooring and one team did the carpeting. My basement looks brighter, and bigger, and I am very pleased with the entire process from order to completion. D&S Flooring definitely deserve a 5 star review for all they did on my basement. ".5 years ago, I had Prospect Hardwood flooring remove my 1st floor carpet AND ceramic tile and replace with hardwood floor. Best decision I ever made. Now I needed to have my 2nd floor carpet removed and replaced with hardwood floor. I immediately went to Prospect Hardwood Flooring. Mike and Jody are a great husband and wife team. They were very patient, friendly, efficient, and HONEST. Mike gave me an estimate the next day, had the hardwood floor delivered the following day, and his team removed the carpet and put in the hardwood flooring 3 days later, in just 1 day. I gave the team a pizza, chicken and soda/hot cocoa/coffee party to celebrate their excellent and professional work. The floors are absolutely beautiful! I am so glad I had the carpets replaced with the hardwood flooring as my allergies disappeared after the 1st night. Excellent price with generous military discount, thank you Mike and Jody. My next project is the basement flooring."

"A year ago, we had William refinish our floors; he did a great job-- also on painting! Sadly, during the year a dog became in ill an unbeknownst to us had accidents on a rug covering the newly done floors- the moisture seeped into the wood; it needed to be repaired. William did the repair for a reasonable price. Unfortunately, initially the repair didn't look good- I contacted William. He came back and agreed that it didn't come out as he'd hoped (he'd had to replace boards, re-stain and varnish the area). He came back again, re-did the work for no additional fee and it looks GORGEOUS. He showed great integrity and commitment to quality- his disappointment in the original repair was evident on his face. He is not always super quick to get back to you- but I found him to be responsive to polite persistence. He is now my "floor guy"-- we're moving and he'll be the person I call for any flooring related needs."

"The bottom line is the floor looks wonderful. But, there's much more to recommend Dan and his team. They were professional and helpful throughout the process. Dan and his brothers installed a white oak floor in our bedroom. They were especially helpful in navigating us through the decisions that resulted in just the right floor. I was not charged separate pricing for molding installation vs laying down my laminate flooring. The pricing was also extremely reasonable compared to other estimates I received.
