"Can only say it simply - these are the guys you want working on your house. Rudy, Jimmy and his team transformed the bottom floor of our house and made it new. The town home had an old ceramic tile in the kitchen that was replaced by Kustom Floors with beautiful hardwood. Rudy matched the wood perfectly with the rest of the house and then laid it in the original floor. You can't even tell where the new floor begins, it is integrated that perfectly. His team then leveled the new floor perfectly. Kustom floors also re-finished the stairs and added new hand rails to the side and a new banister. It looks beautiful and I love it every day. Jimmy (Rudy's brother) and Rudy went the extra mile to help us, adding concrete to gaps in our old house to help with insulation. They treated this house like it was their own and treated us like family. I can't thank Kustom Floors, Rudy and Jimmy enough for the amazing work they did. "Bought a home that needed top to bottom renovations, including almost 2000 sq ft of new hardwood, another 2000 of old hardwood floors/steps/banisters refinished, another 2000 of luxury vinyl installed, and carpet steps ripped out and replaced with hardwood. Of ALL our MANY contractors (tile, electric, painting, handymen, etc), Masood was the one person who's team showed when he said he would 100% of the time, did a great job the FIRST time (one crew ripped up old carpet and installed all the hardwood in ONE day, and another crew installed the vinyl in ONE day as well - honestly, I didn't think that much could be done in so short a time). He provided great pricing and wonderful service, advising me which flooring would be more durable and ordering in a flooring I liked best rather than pushing me into something easier to get. Masood is very easy to work with and made sure everything was done well. We had used him at a previous house and been happy there as well, but the new flooring in this house made a huge difference. "Beaulieu Floors refinished the oak floors on the first floor of our 80-year old house, the stairs to the second floor, and several banisters. We highly recommend this company for the quality of their work, easy communication, and excellent value. We would absolutely hire them again (which we probably will do when we tackle the 2nd floor of the house). Communicating with Louis Beaulieu was easy and incredibly pleasant. For the most part we communicated by text, and Louis was always responsive. His crew came out to do some test stains on our floor, which was extremely helpful in making our stain selection. The work was completed while we went on vacation, and Louis let us know when the work was completed and provided care information for the refinished floors. We love our refinished floors -- could not be happier."

"A year ago, we had William refinish our floors; he did a great job-- also on painting! Sadly, during the year a dog became in ill an unbeknownst to us had accidents on a rug covering the newly done floors- the moisture seeped into the wood; it needed to be repaired. William did the repair for a reasonable price. Unfortunately, initially the repair didn't look good- I contacted William. He came back and agreed that it didn't come out as he'd hoped (he'd had to replace boards, re-stain and varnish the area). He came back again, re-did the work for no additional fee and it looks GORGEOUS. He showed great integrity and commitment to quality- his disappointment in the original repair was evident on his face. He is not always super quick to get back to you- but I found him to be responsive to polite persistence. He is now my "floor guy"-- we're moving and he'll be the person I call for any flooring related needs."

"The bottom line is the floor looks wonderful. But, there's much more to recommend Dan and his team. They were professional and helpful throughout the process. Dan and his brothers installed a white oak floor in our bedroom. They were especially helpful in navigating us through the decisions that resulted in just the right floor. The craftsmanship was excellent - their attention to detail and the care they take in completing the job are excellent. Highly recommended!"

"I would hire Magni Floor again without hesitation - very professional, and even more important, very honest. To begin, when Marcin came out to give an estimate, he immediately determined that a major squeak in two adjoined upstairs bedrooms was a problem with our floor joists, rather than simply squeaky subflooring. Three other contractors either failed to detect the real problem, or did not disclose the extent of the problem. He gave us a ranged estimate to include the cost of repairing the joists and kept us informed about the process throughout. After removing the subflooring, Marcin and his team determined that it was indeed a joist problem and they were able to repair everything, eliminate the squeak, and install the flooring. The job took about 4 days in total and the floors in the two upstairs bedrooms look beautiful!"
