"Sam is great to work with. I had the den carpet taken up and replaced with tile that looked like wood. It came out beautifully. Sam was instrumental with designs ideas on materials to use. Job was completed meticulously in a timely manner. Clean up was great. The estimate for the project was on target. I canâ t say enough good things about Sam and his company. "Very well. The pipe had a pinhole leak in a copper elbow joint and required cutting the pipe, in a confined space, to drain standing water. G**** Miranda did a remarkable job repairing the pipe and an adjacent supply pipe I elected to have repaired in case its joint might leak. Workmanship was exceptional, potential mess and additional Sheetrock damage was minimized, G**** Miranda worked tirelessly for 3 hours and produced a satisfactory repair."
