"We just completed a renovation with Phoenix which included removing our old wooden deck, building a screen porch and paved patio, and all the smaller considerations that go with those projects. Clint makes sure everybody’s taking care of their responsibilities (including, sometimes, you the homeowners). In the end, the project was done literally months ahead of schedule and we are very pleased with it. We'd absolutely use Phoenix again if we ever get our act together enough to do another home renovation, which is a big "if" as we are generally lazy people. But we're so glad we finally did this project, after having it on our backburner for over a decade, and that we did it with Phoenix."
