"Who writes reviews before the work is done?  I do, because of REO ServicePro owner Gary Golman's responsiveness.  I needed all the smoke detectors in my home replaced because they were 15-years old and I just learned they should have been replaced after 10 years.  I already bought replacements and just needed them installed because once I got into the job, no amount of YouTube tutorials could help me through.  I called Gary, but when I sounded confused discussing the job with him, he offered to stop by to check out the task. Turns out I purchased the wrong detectors.  I was still clueless, so Gary offered to go to Home Depot with me (this was at the end of the day mind you) to help me get the right ones.  
Gary will come by tomorrow afternoon to replace all the units.  I'm confident the job will be done right - which wouldn't have happened if I had continued on the path to do them myself.  It'll be one less household task to worry about.  After tomorrow I'll be able to sleep through the night without my smoke detectors chirping for me to change them out.

Arrived promptly, very courteous, two guys which I wasn't expecting but all the better. Assessed the overall situation and got to work. Worked efficiently and neatly on the projects. Hit a snafu with the sink upstairs. They broke the drain in the sink. They did the right thing and went to Home Depot, purchased another one, and installed it at no charge. However, they lose a couple points since it was a different color chrome (original was satin nickel) and it drains significantly slower than the old one. So slow that if I leave it running while brushing my teeth the basin will start to fill. (Probably shouldn't be wasting water like that anyway I guess?) Anywho, they ran out of time for one project (the drain took up a lot of time) which I was only okay with because two of them showed up instead of one which I wasn't expecting (coupon said 1) nor did I pay for.
