The first crew that was to come out at 2PM was 1 hour late and I called and he told me he was still painting somewhere. He came at 4:30 and took a look at the cabinets to be installed and said it was too much work and would cost more than the estimate and he didn't have the time that day. We called the office and talked with Daniel who was very apologetic and a new crew came out the following morning and installed the replacement cabinets. This required putting the cabinets together also. They did an excellent job. "Beyond my expectations! The old door was condensing inside and out, we knew there would be extensive damage to the wood framing and floor area beneath. It was worse than I expected. Mike installed the new door, created a way for our pet door to fit while still being able to LOCK the slider! Over three days - the tear out, purchasing of many materials, repairing the frame, installing the new door, repainting/restoring the interior and exterior to BETTER than they previously appeared, and rigging that new and improved pet door - he worked diligently. I have never had a workman that was so neat! Cleaning up debris, bagging trash, maintaining the work area organized and safe. I have already recommended him to friends, and they have all said how great he was! I have many other projects planned, and will not hesitate to call Home Remedies again."
