After the assembly was complete and appeared to be correct, there appeared to be a malfunction with the device. I texted Vinnie who came right back! He immediately assessed the structure and began to correct the malfunction. He showed me the error and was most apologetic. I appreciate his timely arrival (both times), his professionalism and personable communication. I will recommend him to neighbors and others!
