"We clean our carpets every 6 months for maintenance and to increase the longevity of our carpets. This was our first time using this company. He steamed cleaned the carpet in 2 small apartments which included stairs! Cleaning the second apartment that day was a last minute decision and I wasn’t home to help move things around. Kevin took the time and put in extra effort to move things off the floor (baby jumper, glider chair, pack and play, totes, suitcase, toys, etc) in order to do a great job. This was really nice and so helpful, because not everyone will. He also made note of cleaning up some areas of dried paint our painters left behind! That’s not fun or easy to do. Our carpets are cleaned and refreshed now. Kevin was on time, communicative, professional but friendly, and followed up after the job was completed. I will definitely use this company again!"

"Ease of communication, estimate and setting up date of work was done in less then 24 hours. The roof had algae stains and moss .Also had brick stoop, walkway and driveway cleaned of algae. They were professional, arrived on time. All looks fantastic. Would highly recommend this company for any outside house cleaning."

He arrived on time, went straight to work, completed the cleaning in an appropriate time frame and took special care to address our few problem areas. "Excellent cleaning by Anthony Garcia. Mr Garcia took time and care in thoroughly cleaning the chair. Loveseat, and carpet. Some areas of the carpet were especially worn and soiled, such as a path from family room to kitchen. After cleaning, this area looked just like the rest of the clean carpet-- no soiled or dark area. I think the key to Mr Garci's work is " care." He took a great deal of care cleaning the chairs and the carpet. I also appreciated Mr. Garcia's willingness to discuss and explain various parts of the cleaning process. I would definitely recommend Mr. Garcia and will be hiring him again for my next carpet cleaning. Thank you very much. - Gloria Fruit"
