I told him I would call the office with possible days and times, which I did. The next day, the technician showed up unexpectedly to apply the sealant. I had not been contacted by the main office regarding this. Luckily I was at home and could let him to finish the job. The application of the deck sealant was O.K. but he missed a few patches which showed up when it rained a few days later. Overall I would rate the company as good."
