"Maintenance resulted in repairs being required. The Dual Capacitor on the AC unit required replacing and a leak was found. The Tech was great. He showed me where the leak was and fixed it. He also had me watch as he tested the Capacitor and explained the results to me. He had the required parts on his truck. He made the repairs and the unit is working fine. The cost was reasonable. I have a new HAVC man. I look forward to working with him again."

"Right now, I have gotten an estimate from Tyler and they are supposed to install the unit next Friday. The wonderful thing was that they gave me three different quotes on three different units. And they gave me their best price to begin with. Another pro gave me a price on a Mini Split of the same brand however it was a cheaper unit in researching, but yet their estimate was about $1500 more. Once I told that second pro what price I had already gotten, it was amazing that he dropped it where it was about $200 more than what Tyler Heating And Air Condition.. And the long run I felt that Tyler was the better people and more honest."

We had 3 other technicians come out from different companies and none of them could find the problem but they didn't even take the cover off to look at the inside of the Mini Split.
