"Maintenance resulted in repairs being required. The Dual Capacitor on the AC unit required replacing and a leak was found. The Tech was great. He showed me where the leak was and fixed it. He also had me watch as he tested the Capacitor and explained the results to me. He had the required parts on his truck. He made the repairs and the unit is working fine. The cost was reasonable. I have a new HAVC man. I look forward to working with him again."

Maybe new staff? * It was painful to pay $695 just to find out I needed to replace the evaporator coil. Granted, this price included 3 pounds of refrigerant. They charge a flat $362 for the leak search regardless of how long it takes. This may be standard practice at all places, however. * The quote to replace the coil seemed way out of the average range. According to the website airconditionerprice.com this should run somewhere between $650 and $1200 based on your region. The quote was $1671. I found a provider on this website with high reviews that did it for $800."

"We had excellent service from Old Dominion Heating and Air Conditioning. He called us within in minutes of receiving our request for service. He was out the very next day. Found the problem went over every detail with us. We had 3 other technicians come out from different companies and none of them could find the problem but they didn't even take the cover off to look at the inside of the Mini Split. Old Dominion gave us a fair price to fix the unit and they ordered the parts and had the work done the day after parts arrived. We can say we are more than pleased with their service and would highly recommend them. They went above and beyond to find the problem. Great Job and very polite."
