Before doing so, Footprints had to remove some old carpet, vinyl, and wood flooring. Footprints did an amazing job removing the old flooring and preparing the subfloor for the new wood. This was a critical step because a flawed subfloor can wreck a flooring installation. I was impressed by the speed and attention to detail the installers showed. Scott told me my flooring replacement project would take a day and the installers delivered. Speaking of Scott, I have rarely worked with a company owner who is more responsive. When Scott looked at my job, he gave me some excellent advice on product selection. Overall, this flooring project was a great experience."

He promptly called, made an appointment, showed up early, and provided us a quote with timelines and recommendations to refinish our hardwood floors. The floors showed significant damage from years of carpet and foam. He was able to amazingly bring them back to life. Once we selected him for the job, he started the next day and worked diligently every day until the job was completed. His detail to his profession was outstanding including his preparation and clean-up. We are very happy with the finished product."

"Trent and his crew were all very professional and did an amazing job. Our addition had been started by another contractor several years ago but never completed. Trent made sure everything was properly done and if it wasn't his crews fixed what needed to be fixed until it was done right. After correcting the things that needed fixing they laid all the flooring, tiled the shower, finished the plumbing, HVAC, and wiring, put in the fixtures, painted, built a deck and enlarged our driveway , put in new gutters and gutter guards and some other stuff. The work is too notch and we wholeheartedly recommend them. Their customer service was also great. We have already hired them to do some painting, carpeting and repair work in the main house part of it to start in the fall and the rest early next year per our time frame on when we want the work done. Definitely a great company to work with and highly recommend."
