"Maintenance resulted in repairs being required. The Dual Capacitor on the AC unit required replacing and a leak was found. The Tech was great. He showed me where the leak was and fixed it. He also had me watch as he tested the Capacitor and explained the results to me. He had the required parts on his truck. He made the repairs and the unit is working fine. The cost was reasonable. I have a new HAVC man. I look forward to working with him again."

"We had excellent service from Old Dominion Heating and Air Conditioning. He called us within in minutes of receiving our request for service. He was out the very next day. Found the problem went over every detail with us. We had 3 other technicians come out from different companies and none of them could find the problem but they didn't even take the cover off to look at the inside of the Mini Split. Old Dominion gave us a fair price to fix the unit and they ordered the parts and had the work done the day after parts arrived. We can say we are more than pleased with their service and would highly recommend them. They went above and beyond to find the problem. Great Job and very polite."

"Very impressed with how much they cared for my friend, a paralyzed veteran, who was so suffering from the heat and not able to use some of his medical equipment. Upon finding this out, they suggested that they could get a window unit to get him through and that they would not charge him to come give him the estimate for the air conditioning... very honest and caring company... we cannot say enough good things about them!
