The technician, Scott, showed up right on time (which is typical for SPH&A), extremely courteous (also typical), and did a timely but thorough job of the system checkup. This may be my favorite local business in the Richmond area; I feel I get a tremendous amount of value for the products and services they provide. When we needed our downstairs unit replaced two years ago, I went to great lengths to find the best possible value. During my research, I kept seeing comments about how great Short Pump Heating & Air was, and I have to say, it's all true. When they installed the downstairs unit, I was extremely impressed by the professionalism of the entire team, from the office staff to the technicians to the owner. In fact, I was so impressed that I had them replace the upstairs unit a year later, and didn't think twice about whom to call.
