"The technician, Dave, proceeded to diagnose my old dishwasher's failure in a direct, organized and neat manner. The result was that he quickly determined that its computer chip had burned out. He then checked for the availability of a replacement. Unfortunately none was available for this old model, so I now need to replace it."

"All three of the guys wore face masks and were professional and courteous. They were careful with our belongings - wrapping all of the items in either moving blankets or plastic wrap - and moving them cautiously out of and into the house. J&M staff were respectful of our homes, our health, and our time. We would definitely hire them again!"
