It turned out the problem was not the air conditioner. Ben traced it back to a pump shared by the furnace and the air conditioner, then he fixed that. Meanwhile he taught me about my new house. He was on-time, thorough, and nice. I highly recommend Ben.

I appreciated Ben’s professionalism. He quickly diagnosed the problem with our HVAC unit. He had the replacement part on his truck & replaced it . After he fixed our system, it cooled down within an hour. I felt Mr. Lawrence was fair & honest. I would definitely use him again.
