Paid the extra bucks for emergency service, because of our smallish waterfall, looking leak, sprouting from a bathroom pipe, enough to puddle water onto our basement/laundry room floor. Initially, spoke to Chris, who was pleasant and upfront with the per hour fees, for emergency services. He sent us Tim, who was hesitant at first, due to the location of the leak, but his experience and knowledge, enabled him to decipher the location of our leak and fix it. "Very well. The pipe had a pinhole leak in a copper elbow joint and required cutting the pipe, in a confined space, to drain standing water. G**** Miranda did a remarkable job repairing the pipe and an adjacent supply pipe I elected to have repaired in case its joint might leak. "We hired Kozan Construction to do some major plumbing construction work moving the plumbing for a washing machine and utility sink and reworking the plumbing for a bathroom sink. They provided a fair bid and so we hired them and were told the project would take a week. Faruk was respectful and hard-working and would accommodate all of our requests to have pipes or the levers moved and straightened. Our main issue was scheduling, as he had a number of other plumbing emergencies that delayed our project and left us without laundry for two weeks. The work was good and done all up to code, so if you have some flexibility with your timeframe, or it s a emergency call then I definitely recommend. If not, just make sure you work out a schedule ahead of time so you know what to expect."
