"I contacted Fred by email first, as on his website, it says you can either call or email. But there was no response to my email for a couple of days, so I decided to call. Fred asked me to text him my address. He made an appointment to come to the house a couple of days later. He came on time, drilled a hole through the concrete block in the basement and installed a new faucet. He added a bleeder valve to the copper pipe and explained how I should bleed the pipe after turning off the inside valve before the cold winter months. Fred was pleasant and informative. He informed me that products/services suggested by another company was not needed for my basement issue and showed me the leaking pipe that was actually causing the small mold growth. "We got 5 estimates from companies regarding a leak in our office and adjoining storage unit. This was the only company that accurately pinpointed the problem , which was a leak coming from gaps surrounding our electrical conduit pipe. So much so that I've waited for nine months to post a review to be sure the drains they installed addressed the flooding issue. The project included installing five catch basin drains, over 70 feet of 4 inch drain pipe and another 70 feet of six inch drain pipes as well as replanting flower beds, regarding several areas, and installing river rock in two of the drainage beds. The drains have performed exceptionally well. What used to be a river forming on one side of our house, now quickly drains into five catch basin drains they installed.
