So much so that I've waited for nine months to post a review to be sure the drains they installed addressed the flooding issue. The project included installing five catch basin drains, over 70 feet of 4 inch drain pipe and another 70 feet of six inch drain pipes as well as replanting flower beds, regarding several areas, and installing river rock in two of the drainage beds. The drains have performed exceptionally well. What used to be a river forming on one side of our house, now quickly drains into five catch basin drains they installed. "We got 5 estimates from companies regarding a leak in our office and adjoining storage unit. This was the only company that accurately pinpointed the problem , which was a leak coming from gaps surrounding our electrical conduit pipe. "We moved into new house and quickly found out the basement had major water issues due to years of neglect (including a clogged and poorly installed English drain from years ago, and a sump pump that while it worked, never pumped water.). Given the investment we made in buying the house, we wanted to make sure we left no doubt in our mind that we were fixing it for the long haul so we could use the basement without worry of mold/mildew for our kids.
