"We got 5 estimates from companies regarding a leak in our office and adjoining storage unit. This was the only company that accurately pinpointed the problem , which was a leak coming from gaps surrounding our electrical conduit pipe. Other companies had quoted us 6400$ to dig up the front yard and redo everything from the outside. Others wanted to dig up the inside. I’m so glad Mike explained everything to me clearly- and it all came down to common sense. These guys found the exact spot where the leak was coming from, and knew how to fix it. He also suggested replacing our sump pump because it was the original, and mud was starting to back up. He suggested we do this as it would be tragic to fix one problem and have another occur (and subsequent flooding) that could have been prevented. There was a minor connectivity issue with the sump pump a couple weeks later but I called at 9 am, the man who took the call put it in as an emergency because of some water splashing out and the problem was fixed by 11 the same day. "We received quotes from four companies - Drainage & Erosion Solutions' pricing was fair and the quality of their work & our experience with them seemed too good to be true. So much so that I've waited for nine months to post a review to be sure the drains they installed addressed the flooding issue. The project included installing five catch basin drains, over 70 feet of 4 inch drain pipe and another 70 feet of six inch drain pipes as well as replanting flower beds, regarding several areas, and installing river rock in two of the drainage beds. The drains have performed exceptionally well. What used to be a river forming on one side of our house, now quickly drains into five catch basin drains they installed. In addition, they were very concerned with aesthetics and made the drain areas look wonderful. They were prompt, professional, and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend them. Also, and perhaps most importantly, their recommended solution addressed the root cause of our flooding issues. Two of the other companies we received quotes from accepted that water would get into our crawlspace as a premise. "Worked with Jason Ruffner who provided the estimate. The estimate was in line with other estimates we received from other contractors. I thought Jason was very professional and at first actually didn't think we needed to do the major project because it was apparent there was water leaking from the sump pump evacuation pipe. I thought it showed a high level of intellectual integrity for Jason to suggest we replace the pipe first and see if that solves the problem. I had the pipe replaced and was still having water issues. After a very heavy rain, it was very apparent where the water was coming in. We were able to schedule a appointment for the project and were fortunate there were a couple of cancellations so our project actually was moved up about a month. The guys came timely, worked extremely hard and did a very professional job. We are very satisfied with the result and enthusiastically refer AAAction Waterproofing."

"We hired Kozan Construction to do some major plumbing construction work moving the plumbing for a washing machine and utility sink and reworking the plumbing for a bathroom sink. They provided a fair bid and so we hired them and were told the project would take a week. Faruk was respectful and hard-working and would accommodate all of our requests to have pipes or the levers moved and straightened. Our main issue was scheduling, as he had a number of other plumbing emergencies that delayed our project and left us without laundry for two weeks. The work was good and done all up to code, so if you have some flexibility with your timeframe, or it s a emergency call then I definitely recommend. If not, just make sure you work out a schedule ahead of time so you know what to expect."
