"Worked with Jason Ruffner who provided the estimate. The estimate was in line with other estimates we received from other contractors. I thought Jason was very professional and at first actually didn't think we needed to do the major project because it was apparent there was water leaking from the sump pump evacuation pipe. I thought it showed a high level of intellectual integrity for Jason to suggest we replace the pipe first and see if that solves the problem. I had the pipe replaced and was still having water issues. After a very heavy rain, it was very apparent where the water was coming in. We were able to schedule a appointment for the project and were fortunate there were a couple of cancellations so our project actually was moved up about a month.
