The county permit process caused hurdle after hurdle to get the permits but Rafe kept on the county and we finally got the permits and the job was completed to our satisfaction. We then put the house on the market for sale and had moved to our new out-of-the-area location. The hot water tank in the basement decided to let loose causing major damage to the basement. "We are very satisfied with the work Premium Drainage & Erosion Solutions LLC have done to our property and house. Over the past four years they have done three major projects for use. The first was replacing our rotting retaining wall and putting in a french drain system for the north side of the house which solved the water problem we had that had rotted the old retaining wall. They also replaced our old privacy fence with a new one. The last project that Adrian has done for us this summer was to fix our roof. Half the wood on the roof had to be replaced and when that was done new shingles were put on the whole house. It has been a pleasure working with Adrian and his crew.
