"My main water supply pipe had burst so I called multiple companies. Faruk was the first to respond and show up on a weekend to inspect the damage and provide an estimate. Things I like about this company: 1. They were extremely responsive to my needs and questions 2. They honored their estimate even though there were a couple of unforeseen obstacles which increased the length of the project and possibly the cost to them 3. They negotiated the estimate lowering it considering my situation 4. They took care of all permits and inspections 5. They cleaned up after the project was done to the best of their abilities 6. They were upfront and honest about the damage to my lawn due to excavations 7. They were very courteous and professional Things they could improve: 1. The project took a little longer than anticipated. A lot of their work was manual which could have been fast tracked with the use of machinary i.e. digging etc. 2. We replaced the entire main pipe assuming that it was defective/polybutelene pipe since it was underground and flooded. We layer found out it was not the case but they proceeded anyway rather than fixing the broken length. While I think it was probably the safest choice it may not have been necessary and they never brought it up later."

"I closed the deal with Julian on late Tuesday night and the team was able to do the installation the next morning! Jesse gave me the details on the team as the ink was drying. They arrived on time first thing in the morning. Dan, Cal and Greg were a great team that stayed active all day. Seriously over 12 hours! They installed a new Hot water heater and an 18 Seer Lennox Heat Pump with Honeywell Humidifier and Honeywell Home Thermostats. My 17 year old system was tightly packed into the basement. I think the basement was built around it. They replaced everything...ducts, hoses, fuses boxes, wires and pipes. Everything was insulated and finally brought to code with new sensors and alarms. After working all day, they ended the evening cleaning up and taking me through the system in great detail. It has only been a couple hours but everything is running great. I talked to several vendors when making my choice. I liked several of them and they dealt with my silly process. Julian was very thorough with his pitch. "NV's rep, Bruce Finley, was very patient. He initially bid with the standard black corrugated plastic pipe. When I told him that I wanted to instead use white PVC because it would not crush, he pointed out that it would cost more and he didn't think it was worth the extra money, but if that's what I wanted he would modify the estimate, which he did. I had two other estimates from other well-known companies, which had slightly different approaches that cost more money. After thinking about what I should do (and soliciting opinions from friends) for a year, I chose NV. They saved money by having the pipe drain to a flower bed in the side yard, instead of digging all the way to the street, which would have ruined some of my trees and shrubs. The crew did a beautiful job - the back patio with the French drain around the perimeter looks great. We've had a few storms, although nothing horrendous, and so far so good with the drainage."
