"This is the second big project we've done with REO Service Pro. They finished our basement a few years ago. Both projects were done with quality and professionalism. Gary is very easy to work with. He listens and offers suggestions when needed or appropriate. I also used an interior designer with whom he worked with ease. We had an aggressive time frame for this project and it was met. Our two favorite things about working with Gary and his crew are 1) their quickness in responsiveness and 2) quality control. On multiple occasions I witnessed Gary instructing a crew member to "rip it out and start all over". In our experience with house projects, that is a rarity. Most contractors are okay with mediocre work to save time and effort. As a result, the end product was great. In terms of cost, they may not be your cheapest bid but they won't be your most expensive either. The investment is worth it. I highly recommend REO Service Pro."

"Jose and his team remodeled our master bathroom. They removed the existing tile, tub, and shower and installed a walk in shower, They needed to move the plumbing for the shower and vanity, install a new tile floor, build the shower, install tile for the shower floors, walls, and two niches. They also, repaired all the walls and painted the entire room. Their craftsmanship on the tile work, drywall work, and painting is the best that I have seen. They did an incredible job. They were very professional. They arrived on time every day. Jose is an excellent communicator and took the time to explain any options throughout the project. They put protective material down on all the floors leading to the bathroom and setup a plastic barrier each day to contain the dust. At the end of every day, they cleaned up their work area so that the construction materials and tools were limited to the bathroom itself. We had compete access to the rest of the master bedroom. Very highly recommended and I would not hesitate to contract with Munoz Construction again."

Matt was extremely responsive, very helpful--including helping to pick out tiles, materials---then taking everything to the site. After the job was completed he quickly responded to a minor alternation that needed to be made.

"Davis Contracting was one of the few companies that called back and he came to see the job on the same day. Alexander has a fabulous team; they are craftsmen. They had to put my deck back together some of the crew did the power washing and some did repairs and some completed the building portion and some did the staining. This was a big job. They pressure washed two large decks repaired all necessary lumbar and stained everything. They also had to move lots of furniture. They were just terrific."

"I worked with Junior and Sharon to design the plan and pick out materials. The design was a bit unconventional and required moving walls, piping and rerouting plumbing and electrical to keep a tub and add a double vanity. Junior and Sharon were professional, responsive and very enjoyable to work with. Their connections with tile, paint and supplies made selecting the products easy and fun, as well. They have a great eye for detail and design! Junior had stated it would take 6 to 8 weeks to complete my project. As most projects have issues that come up, I anticipated it would take longer. I was more than pleasantly surprised when the job completed in just 5 weeks, including a week "off" due to my vacation and waiting on a backorder. Junior's estimation was right on the money! Finishing the job earlier than expected is amazing. Once the project began, Jason, the general contractor, gave daily updates by phone in the evening and came to the job nearly every day to handle the project. Jason is professional, prompt in responding and easy to work with. On site, Henry, the crew leader, was also very professional, pleasant to work with and very responsive to the needs of his workers, the project and my requests. The entire crew was just as professional and pleasant to work with. Each day, they came promptly, set up, polite to each other, my family and home, worked efficiently and professionally, then cleaned up each evening before leaving. The entire staff of VKB Kitchen and Bath were amazing to work with. But even more to the point, their workmanship was top notch. Every detail was taken care of from paint matching, molding work, drywall and finish work, material setting, care of materials and the finished project turned out better than I had expected. I've worked with many contractors over the years. I recommend few to others and do not write reviews for most. That is not the case with VKB Kitchen and Bath. I recommend them for any kitchen and bath job you may need done for your home. From the moment you step in to work with the designers to the final completion certification, you will find that the staff and crew are nothing short of excellent. (Photos attached. His entire crew were professional and consciencious. Devin delivered on time, on budget with high quality work. He kept us informed throughout the process. The portico he built is frequently the subject of compliments by our neighbors (and people just driving by). We will use Devin to continue improving our home.
