Very communicative, practical, and easy to work with. I usually have a million questions and they always have answers. We had one situation where the heater they installed for us (we picked it out, not them) had manufacturing defects and they went out of their way to spend the time needed to figure it out, even setting up a call with the manufacturer to get to the bottom of the issue. They’ve done it all for us — wiring the whole house, installing lighting, extending power underground to a backyard patio, adding wattage to outlets so we could install a sauna and heaters, installing fans and lighting, changing out light switches, etc. They go above and beyond and we truly trust them at every step.
