"The technician came on time and explained what he was doing and what I should be aware of in the future.  For example,the spring was broken, but the garage door could still open and shut, but the technician said to be careful not to open and shut the door alot because the motor would die. He also did a complete review of all the parts in the door and electric unit.  The garage was swept and all parts were put in his truck.
