His employees were dependable, showed up on time every day, were masterful in creating solutions to any challenges they encountered and communicating those solutions to us, and left the premises every day neat and orderly. Craig and his team of professionals were excellent from start to finish. I've done several major projects with Stronghold over the years and have one on tap to start mid March of this year.

From start to finish Stronghold was an absolute pleasure to work with. Craig had done the initial estimate and explained the entire process. I had got 3 estimates and Stronghold was among the lowest which surprised me given the level of engagement Craig had shown.

The owner was prompt, personable, and explained choices and options very well. We chose to go with Stronghold even though we thought their price was a little high. The project was delayed very slightly because the trim color we selected was discontinued and we had to make another selection. The supplies were delivered and covered before installation. The installation was completed efficiently. One small piece at the gable end either fell or was not installed and we were not completely satisfied with the dormer wrapping. When he came for inspection of the finished project, the owner readily agreed with us and sent his crew back to fix it. They did a really nice job and the yard clean-up was impeccable. We are quite pleased with the end result. I would recommend this firm for both the quality of their work and the skill of the crew.
