"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

"They are a nice provider. I talked to them on the phone for about 30 minutes and they sent some samples. We were able to get a discount on designer purchases but not useful on designing the space. Once we told them what we wanted, they were able to help purchase from the warehouse and save about $1,500. I think they became too busy with this big deal. You buy a ticket per room and we still actually have a couple left with this provider. After redesigning one room, we kind of ran out of steam and have not designed the other rooms. Overall this is a good service and it's a good concept. Whomever I spoke with, she was really nice. I would recommend this provider. This kind of service seems to be for people with time and knows exactly what they want. They are super helpful with the designer discount from the warehouse. They don't actual design your room which is slight flaw."

"All work was completed to my satisfaction and beyond. Grodbin and his crew are all very professional and I can't say enough good things about Grodbin's service, painting and carpentry work. This is the 3rd time I've used him, and there is no one else I would recommend more for doing the interior wall restoration and painting, and carpentry work. He and his crew are second to none when it comes to drywall work and making the interior walls look brand new. His attention to detail is what makes him great, and will only leave a job when the customer is happy and will come back to make sure that everything is perfect.

"If we could give Dominion Carpet more than 5 stars we would. Had the opportunity to work with Joey Garzon and his crew, Juan, Roman and Kevin. These guys know what the word service is. Joey came to assess the work, provided us with an estimate (the same day) on refinishing (sand, stain, and finish) our floors, baseboards and shoe moulding. We were able to schedule the start date within a week (could had done it earlier but we had delays with our General contractor). We had to rescheduled our appointment due to more delays on our contractor, but Joey was very accommodating and understanding. Joey diligently addressed all our concerns and patiently awaited on us to make decisions (shoe moulding or no shoe moulding).
Overall, we are very pleased with the job done  and professionalism of Joey and his crew. Our floors look brand new and the guys did exactly what he had asked. Thank you, Dominion Carpet for the outstanding customer service!

"They started in early October. They spent a lot of time with us talking about different design options. Miguel is the guy that we are working with. He has really great, new, and fresh ideas. He has good attention to detail and thought about things that we wouldn't have thought about. We are really happy with him so far. We would definitely recommend them. They came in around the same price as some other people that we had bid on it. They probably spent more time with us talking about what kind of design options we had, which we appreciated. The project is taking much longer than we anticipated which is kind of frustrating but they are working so it is not that they are just not showing up so we can't complain too much. It's not done yet but we have no complaints so far and we have been happy with them."

"Horst is a very professional designer with great new and unique ideas and designs. Referred by a friend, we were looking for something different but still needed to incorporate some inherited furniture into the space. Horst recognized the needs and created the design to include our existing rug and furniture. The interview was scheduled and he promptly arrived when we were available to see him. He invited us to his facility to view some of the staff working on different projects such as upholstering and drapery manufacture to show us how a room design is created using professional staff and quality materials. We selected what we thought were the best colors and textures for the room. In one case he gently advised us to select a substitute fabric in order to get the project done on our schedule. As a thank you at the end of the project and after we signed off on the completed job, he gave us two pillows, fabulous fabric to go with our new sofa. Overall, a great design created, installed with professionalism, and a wonderful ending."
