Ted from Johnson’s worked with me to have my piano moved into their climate-controlled storage for a week during the installation. My house has a side entrance which made the move pretty challenging, but the excellent crews who moved the piano out and back in were very creative in accommodating the challenge with the front door and they took great care not to damage my railings on the stoop. This was an interstate move (DC to PA) in less-than-ideal conditions (we had to move an adult family member out of the apartment). "I have requested single bed room move recently. Their quoting process and presentation was impressive and Sergei was very responsive. I almost heard back within 10 minutes for any question and follow ups. On the day of move, they arrived on time and patient enough to adjust few mins of confusion about elevator reservation before starting the work. Once the elevator is locked, that cool guy gave estimation, explained clearly and started the work. Carefully moved all items to the truck and arrived on destination as planned. On the drop off location they moved everything at lightning fast but with care. So they have finished all work earlier than planned and revised the bill accordingly.
