I was on a time crunch to sell my house and urgently needed to remodel my basement by building a full kitchen with wet bar, installing wood floor and stairway, interior painting, and light fixture replacements. They promised to complete this in a month, but got it done in less than 30 days, all without sacrificing quality. It was so stunning, just one week after they finished, I got an offer on my home. "Unfortunately we found asbestos containing floor tiles under a laminent floor in our house.  We made the decision to have the material abated and conduct a kitchen remodel (new cabinents) at the same time.  There are not many options in the area when it comes to asbestos abatement contractors and even fewer who will provide both abatement and renovation services.  We quickly decided to go with Contractors Unlimited because they offered both services and Bill was responsive, knowledgable and very personable - and we were not disapointed.  Bill and his crew performed an excellent job, ontime, close to the originial estimate price (we expanded the scope slightly), and at a more than reasonable cost.  Bill and his crew kept us in the loop as the demolition/abatement progressed, calling us throughout the day.  After the work was competed he kept in touch as we worked to schedule our replacement kitchen and worked with us to accomodate our tight deadlines.  As the new cabinets were installed, Bill and Dwayne oversaw the installation, insured that the floors weren't damaged and paid attention to the little details with respect to craftsmanship.
