Craig and the guys did a great job on my renovation and were a pleasure to work with. They remodeled several rooms in my house including 2 bathrooms. It has been over a year since the project was completed and I am still very impressed with the quality of the work. Everything is still looking great. Craig's estimates were fair and I had a contractor in my family review everything and he said the same thing. Craig was always responsive and we had no issues throughout the entire project which was extensive and lasted close to a year due to the extent of the work they did on my house. I will be calling them again when I am ready to remodel the kitchen.

HOMEOWNERS BEWARE!! If i could give negative stars I would. The concept of project management and open communication is not known to RCH. They talk about it, know the buzz words, but have no idea what it means and they certainly don't deliver. They forgot critical requirements of our project - (they did credit me for the materials, but not labor.) Not everything was built to code and will need to be remediated. Communication between RCH employees and subs is subpar. (They actually framed in workout equipment in a bedroom! We discussed where this equipment was supposed to go presale but the owner never communicated that to his crew. They ended up tearing down a wall to move it out. wasted materials and time) Beware of phantom change orders! For anything RCH thinks is a "change", even items that were discussed during presale, RCH will bill you after the fact and blame you for not executing a change order. No quotes. No discussion. No opportunity to say no. RCH uses invoices as their means to communicate. Speaking of invoices, about 90% of their invoices were wrong, the math didn't add up, they use the same invoice number for different items, invoices labeled for one thing but meant for another. Simply a chaotic mess. We terminated our contract due to RCH's breach of many contract related items. We tried to work with them but they are totally unreasonable and argumentative. The concept of debit/credit accounting is foreign to them so beware! Due to their payment schedule and the termination, I paid them far more than was delivered and they owe us a lot of money. I'm sure I'll need to use the court system to get it back. This is the most disreputable business I've ever encountered and would NEVER recommend them to anyone. On a good note, the plumber sub was good (he knew the change order process). Some of their employees were good. But don't expect project management and oversight or quality control to come from RCH. It will be all on you to verify the walls are straight and square and that everything is done to code. I feel sorry for anyone that willfully chooses to work with RCCH

This is a very good contractor to work with,very professional and very good work.

Nine months of misery. They do not answer the phone or return calls. Workers do not show up when scheduled then they do not stay very long. They took my appliances out of the kitchen and left them in the living room for six weeks. My washer and dryer outside twice for two weeks each. They unplugged the freezer. Lost all the food. They took the leftover vinyl that I paid for and wanted. Left all the other debris. Overall I will never ever call them or trust them again. Someone even took my white towels.

The crew was friendly. Took several weeks to get project finished after failed county inspection. Workmanship was just ok.

The owner took time out of his busy Saturday morning to come to our house and explain things that we didn't understand in the contract. Also, when we had a problem they responded quickly and resolved it

Craig and his guys re-installed the flooring after a bathroom remodel and also tiled the entire space. Great work; very professional crew. We will be using them again.

I think he needs to learn how not to argue with the customers.

We had the absolute best service with RCH! COURTEOUS, SKILLED, PROFESSIONAL, THOROUGH and AFFORDABLE! We had roof repair as well as interior water damage. Craig gave us a very competitive detailed qoute on the costs to do the repair. Explained the worry free process for the two projects and completed the job according to our schedule in an extremely timely manner. He was professional yet personable throughout the entire process. He and his team responded quickly to every one of my husbands inquiries(my husband is a bit of a stickler for detail) and they addressed every concern directly to my husbands liking. I felt very comfortable with every one of the contractors that came into my house. They were respectful of my space courteous and extremely knowledgeable. After the completion of the project Craig returned to inspect the work that had been performed and actually pointed out a very small area that as he put it "did not meet his standards". I was shocked by his honesty. He sent someone out to repair that very small area the next day. I will continue to call upon Craig and his crew at RCH for any and all home repairs!
