The project entailed wallpaper removal from 2.5 bathrooms and kitchen, repainting those rooms; installing a tile backsplash and vinyl tile floor in the kitchen; replacing the kitchen countertop; repairing a cabinet; repairing drywall and painting the ceiling in the master bedroom. The owner came out to do the estimate himself. He was accommodating when I wanted to expand the scope of the initial project and came out a second time to give me an updated estimate. He was easy to reach via cell or email. The estimate was more than fair. His crew completed the job in three days. The crew was polite, professional, and did a good job cleaning up at the end of each work day. I highly recommend this company and would use them again."

"FDC Painting worked with us to ensure that they understood our needs (two in home visits to make sure they had it right). They scheduled us promptly after signing the contract. The team showed up on time and quickly worked through the project. They moved furniture and ensured the floors and furnishings were covered and well protected. Once walls were stripped and repaired, they used quality Benjamin Moore and Sherwin Williams paints. The house was kept clean and tidy. After the job was completed the owner of FDC followed up to make sure we were happy with his work and to ensure there was nothing else required from him or his team. They updated our cabinets with new, larger doors, painted the frames, added soft-close hinges, and constructed a new cabinet to replace a built-in desk. He gave a detailed account to Katherine, the Designer. Her design gave me everything I needed- plenty of storage in the kitchen. My budget was small, but they stayed on budget and provided quality and stylish materials-kitchen cabinets, backsplash, countertops, sink & flooring. Bathroom tub, tile surround, flooring and accessories. Grober, Johnny and the tile guy are master craftsmen. They did an excellent job, meeting every repair challenge and putting up with me. I am very happy with this company. Hope to work with them again."

"Gerardo the boss was very responsive, punctual and communicative. His men were very professional and painted the rooms with minimal mess . He organized a lady from the paint company to discuss colors with me and then they Gerado bought all of the paint. This was the first time that i used this company and they were excellent. "We selected this company based on the previous reviews.  For the most part, everything went smoothly.  They worked with us on pricing, but ended up charging an extra $100 for additional color selections.  Alex provided prompt communication through email.
It took about three days of work for two gentlemen to complete the work.  The first day was the repair the drywall seams and beam, which looked so much better.  The second and third days were spent painting the ceiling,  walls, and trim.  We had a small hiccup with the wall paint not matching the selection, but they were quick to make it right.
They did not show up at the time they were expected, but did stay later into the evening to get the work done promptly.  The room looks so much better."

Greenhouse Cleaning did the JOB!  They were very professional and thorough.  My kitchen looks like no kids ever existed and my house was dust free.  The kids bathroom was a horror! Greenhouse made all of the bathrooms look brand new, down to the baseboards.  My hardwood floors and carpet looks amazing.
