The project entailed wallpaper removal from 2.5 bathrooms and kitchen, repainting those rooms; installing a tile backsplash and vinyl tile floor in the kitchen; replacing the kitchen countertop; repairing a cabinet; repairing drywall and painting the ceiling in the master bedroom. The owner came out to do the estimate himself. He was accommodating when I wanted to expand the scope of the initial project and came out a second time to give me an updated estimate. He was easy to reach via cell or email. The estimate was more than fair. His crew completed the job in three days. The crew was polite, professional, and did a good job cleaning up at the end of each work day. I highly recommend this company and would use them again."

"FDC Painting worked with us to ensure that they understood our needs (two in home visits to make sure they had it right). They scheduled us promptly after signing the contract. The team showed up on time and quickly worked through the project. They moved furniture and ensured the floors and furnishings were covered and well protected. Once walls were stripped and repaired, they used quality Benjamin Moore and Sherwin Williams paints. The house was kept clean and tidy. After the job was completed the owner of FDC followed up to make sure we were happy with his work and to ensure there was nothing else required from him or his team. They updated our cabinets with new, larger doors, painted the frames, added soft-close hinges, and constructed a new cabinet to replace a built-in desk. We purchased a special of 4 hours of painting for $280. We had a small area of repir on our DR ceiling and on one DR wall. We provided the paint. Small projects are the worst to schedule since no one really wants to do them. the special seemed like the perfect solution for us. Alex contacted us a day after we made the purchase and was able to schedule this work prior to Thanksgiving. They sanded the areas that had been repaired, did a coat of primer and painted the small area on the ceiling. They painted the area on the wall and then went ahead and painted the rest of that single wall so the paint would match.

2 guys worked for 4 hours on this project. They were very neat and careful to cover areas with drop cloths. they had to sand reapir areas so there was a fair amount of drywall dust but, that is to be expected.

At some point we will need someone to come back out and paint the entire ceiling so there is a nice match in paint. The coupon would not cover that extra work.

Very friendly people. They did not charge us for the primer they used. We purchased the rest of the paint ourselves.

"I wasn't expecting an emaculate job, basically a wipe down of furniture and floors. The kitchen and 3 bathrooms none being large were wiped down but that was it. The vacuum did not even appear to be run as there were large pieces of trash still on the floor. I could have written my name in the dust on the furniture. I've cleaned my house a lot and I know with absolute certainty it doesn't take 6 hours to clean the kitchen and 3 small bathrooms. Even if an hour was spent in each room that still leaves 2 hours. I did like the owner, Paula she was friendly and nice but I cannot recommend her business because the service provided was not very good.
