The person I referred him to was in a dire strait situation ( there was no heat in the home) and the weather was frigid cold. He showed up on time, assessed the situation, and immediately took action and got the job done! He is honest, fair, and above all has a great personality and has a genuine concern for people. I recommend Rakim and his son for any job big or small because he will do what is best for the situation and not take advantage of you. He is also very knowledgeable about what he’s doing."

"The owner was very professional and communication was perfect. I had to have a furnace and water heater replaced in my rental property. The estimates were very reasonable. It was also suggested that I replace the A/C Coils since they were old and needed to be removed in order to replace the furnace. "I actually had two services completed - The installation of a heat pump and a new water heater. They arrived right on time and completed both jobs in a day. Jesse and Jonathan did an excellent job. This was a 3rd-floor condo unit so the outside unit was on the roof of the 5th story, I could not have been more pleased with the outcome - a very professional and thorough job. They even relocated the thermostat to a better wall location. Very easy to work with and the most important thing to me was they obviously take a lot of pride in their work and it's always a pleasure to deal with people who do what they say. "C3 Heating & Air installed a heat pump for the addition to our house and did outstanding work. A few days before the installation, the separate heat pump system that serves the main part of the house had trouble, and I went out on a limb and replaced the condenser fan as it appeared to have burned up. However, it still did not work, and the C3 owner came out to check on it for me, and found the capacitor was also bad, and replaced it for free! We really appreciated their added customer service! The new heat pump installation for the addition went well (we're selling the house), and it was a great value for the money."
