Jeff was an absolute professional from phone calls to the completion of service. We had a single leak (a first-time issue in over two years of residence during a storm) coming from our downstairs bathroom ceiling fan and wanted it assessed and to take the opportunity to go from a standard exhaust fan to one with a light that we had purchased pre-service. Jeff went above and beyond a usual effort, going on the roof to ensure that the exhaust pipe would not be a future issue (while up there he fixed a slight kink in the aluminum causing the exhaust flap to hold open), cut drywall to fit the new fan, took out the old fan, installed the new fan with light (which included extremely well-done drywall patching around one edge that looks completely unnoticeable), and lastly cleaned the entire area. He not only accurately assessed and fixed what I had described and asked, but he earned a client - not only for his clear passion for his craft but for his master class quality- pun intended. If you have read this far and see him in your recommended after a search, hire him.

On a scale of 1-5 I would give him a 10! I found Jeff personable, reliable and professional. He had follow through with everything. After he left I would have never known he was here because EVERYTHING was cleaned up. Jeff was knowledgeable which he felt important to share with the homeowner. When told about the situation he recognized that it was emergency and came to evaluate it rather than wanting a texted photo. He also gave an accurate estimate which was appreciated. I was extremely happy with his service.

We had vandalism to our vehicles and needed security lighting and camera installed as soon as possible. Jeff Quail was empathetic to our situation and did the work the very next day.
